  • Guest：晚上8点左右过来入住，酒店没有停车位了，保安让停车库，地下车库兜了一圈发现是万达广场的车库且找不到酒店专用车位，电话前台才知道万达是收费停车，酒店只有路面小广场停车，车位没有了服务枱让听到对吗马路边和隔壁小区外面説是免费停车。我真是第一次听到这种情况，先不説路边和小区外面是不是能停车，会不会贴罚单，安全性一点都没有啊，让客人怎么安心住。而且，外面保安一个劲的让人家停车库去，也不説是万达广场的收费车库。我们办入住时已经有顾客在为停车吵架了。再説説入住，携程订的高级豪华双床房15～19楼，结果我也是糊涂进了房间才发现给了我12楼。算了，就住一晚吵不动了。然后烧水壶居然插座是歪的，好吧自己使劲掰一下，勉强使用。洗澡了，居然居然吸顶大花洒是坏的，只能用另一个小的，水小还冷，调到最高温度出来的也是温水，大花洒还是不是滴几滴冷水，还好是夏天，否则肯定冻出病来！好了，就住一晚，艾美的牌子也砸的差不多了。

  • Guest：国庆人很多，一百多买的早餐券，9:30左右去楼下吃早餐，就剩一点麪和糕点，其他什么都没有了，服务有待提高。另外打扫时候也没帮忙添纸巾，才用了几张就没了。
